When you submit a nomination or correction request, we collect the information you provide including nominee details, source URLs, and optionally your name and email address. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We do not collect payment information.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use submitted information to review nominations and correction requests. Submitter email addresses are used only for editorial follow-up and are never published. Newsletter email addresses are used only to send our weekly editorial digest.
WHAT WE DO NOT PUBLISH
We do not publish submitter names, email addresses, or any personal information provided during the submission process. We do not publish home addresses, private phone numbers, medical information, or any other private personal information about any individual.
DATA STORAGE
Submission data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. We implement row-level security to ensure that submission data is accessible only to authorized editorial staff.
THIRD PARTIES
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Supabase for database infrastructure. We may use analytics tools to understand site usage in aggregate.
YOUR RIGHTS
You may request deletion of any personal data you have submitted by contacting us through our contact page. We will respond within 30 days.
